An international bank is seeking a high-calibre candidate for Wealth Management - OTC Derivatives jobs in Malaysia to support a newly migrated team in Malaysia.

About the Wealth Management - OTC Derivatives Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible to assist the team in running of all department BAU functions for all relevant structured notes, DPM and OTC derivatives product classes including settlement, exceptions processing, MIS reporting, control and risk mitigation, and projects if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team perform timely resolution of internal and external customer queries
• Escalate customer complaints and propose solutions to resolve them
• Understand the various product booking models and perform end-to-end settlement processing for all derivatives products
• Adhere to laid out processes and procedures of the bank while completing process actions
• Identify errors and omissions resulting from routine process actions and able to investigate and promptly resolve GL Suspense and Nostro accounts’ imbalances and breaks

To succeed in the Wealth Management - OTC Derivatives job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management, and have experience in wealth operations as well as securities operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in wealth operations as well as securities operations
• Open to working different countries days with local timing
• Experienced in structures notes and OTC derivatives
• Familiarity with securities type trade
• Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
