Associate Director, Measurement and Performance

A rapidly expanding financial institution is seeking a talented Associate Director, Measurement and Performance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this job, you will lead a team responsible for monthly data collection and analysis for management and client KPI reporting deliverables.

About the Associate Director, Measurement and Performance Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for working with all client operations business lines and support client managers on client KPI related inquiries and requests. In addition, you will work with team members and data experts on initiatives to improve data management, automation and visualisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for monthly global business reporting cycle including data collection, data validation, report production and review
• Work closely with respective global client operations business lines, ensure data and information received and obtained from business SME, business applications are complete, accurate and delivered on time
• Work closely with other business teams on the data collection, analysis and preparation of various ad hoc requests for management insights
• Actively collaborate with IT development teams and operational teams to automate data collection processes and management
• Meet with global client managers to discuss new client reporting requirements and change requirements

To succeed in this Associate Director, Measurement and Performance role, you will need to have experience in financial services with client KPI production and cross training.

Key Requirements:

• 10 - 12 years’ experience in financial services with client KPI production and cross training
• Lead a team responsible for monthly data collection and analysis for management and client KPI reporting deliverables
• Data mining and reporting skills, with the ability to explore new technologies to enhance the delivery of operations
• Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, curiosity and critical thinking when analysing big data
• Outstanding business and financial acumen with strong analytical, coordination, communication and presentation skills
