This leading banking institution is seeking a visionary Head of Private Client Services to elevate the Bank’s wealth and client service strategy across its high-net-worth and mid-market segments. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in private banking or wealth management, capable of driving client satisfaction, team performance, and business growth.

What you'll do:
As the Head of Private Client Services, you will lead the Bank’s strategy for high-net-worth and mid-market client segments, driving service excellence and business growth. This role oversees a focused, strategic team across private wealth management, relationship management, and client service operations, ensuring that client insights and tailored solutions translate into measurable business impact. You will shape strategies that enhance client experience, deepen relationships, optimize portfolio outcomes, and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Define and implement strategies to acquire, retain, and grow relationships with HNW clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of private wealth managers, relationship managers, and client service associates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for top-tier HNW clients, ensuring the delivery of personalized investment solutions aligned with clients’ goals and risk profiles.
• Drive revenue growth and AUM expansion through client acquisition, strategic initiatives, networking, and representing the firm at industry events.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Stay abreast of financial market trends, new investment products, and regulatory developments to provide timely, informed advice in collaboration with research and trading teams.

What you bring:
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in private banking, wealth management, or stockbroking, including at least 5 years in a leadership role serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees (MBA) or certifications (CFA, CFP) highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning principles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and lead teams effectively.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Strong relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical, results-oriented mindset with high integrity and ethical standards.
