What you'll do:
As the Head of Organization and Methods, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and monitoring the transformation Project portfolio, ensuring that all projects align with our client's policies. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you monitor progress to ensure timely delivery, raising alerts when necessary. You will also prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations on strategic topics for the CEO and COO. Additionally, you will manage and monitor outsourcing arrangements for the bank while keeping an eye on industry trends and regulatory news to incorporate into the bank's process flows. Lastly, you will bring a direct contribution to the operational permanent control framework.
- Coordinate, maintain and monitor transformation Project portfolio
- Provide a clear and global view on all projects to Management
- Ensure all projects are well qualified, framed and documented as per Policies
- Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and raise alerts when necessary
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations on strategic topics for the CEO and COO
- Manage and monitor outsourcing arrangement for the Bank.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory news and incorporate into the Bank’s process flows.
- Bring direct contribution to operational permanent control framework.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Head of Organization and Methods role brings a wealth of knowledge from their extensive experience in corporate banking. With a minimum of 15 years' total work experience, including at least 8 years in Project Management, Transformation Management, and Process & Organization Consulting, you understand the intricacies of institutional banking activities, products, processes, systems. Your knowledge extends to the regulatory environment in the financial service sector, and you have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to Outsourcing. Your experience in managing & coordinating large governance forums with senior management will be invaluable in this role.
- Good understanding of Corporate and Institutional banking activities, products, processes, systems
- Knowledge of regulatory environment in the financial service sector
- Understanding of a wide range of banking functions at an operational level with a specific focus on risk and control functions
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to Outsourcing.
- Experience in managing & coordinating large governance forums with senior management
- Minimum 15 years of total work experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Transformation Management and Process & Organization Consulting
