An exciting new Growth Hacker job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking firms based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, this is a role for an individual who is a leader in their field.

About the Growth Hacker Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also be the right hand person to the Chief Digital Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise strategy development and execution presentation materials for senior management team and business leaders’ discussion and decision-making
• Research mega industry trends, competitive threats and awareness of regulatory landscape – bring together and translate the insights to actionable initiatives, enable forward looking analysis for management decision making
• Support the development and execution of regional strategies and plans for the digital banking team
• Identify and execute business growth opportunities and strategy within the digital banking space and SME segments – drive execution of initiatives, solicit support from relevant line of businesses, products and segments
• Assist in growing the business though account planning and deal tracking and ensuring synergies and cross-selling opportunities are maximised
• Identify key clients and deal opportunities though account planning
• Identify, develop proposal papers, business plans and presentation decks for all new initiatives of the pillar

To succeed in this Growth Hacker job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least four years of relevant experience, preferably in the consultancy, financial services industry
• Advanced PowerPoint skills – able to develop engaging reports and presentations to be presented to the senior management
• Successful, solid experience in a similar role in a consensus based partnership culture
• Resourceful, able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Good communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills to facilitate team work
• Open to take on any other functions assigned
