Product Manager, Managed Investment

About the Product Manager, Managed Investment Role:
Reporting to the Unit Head, you will be assisting the team to oversee the end-to-end development of unit trust products to grow fee income revenue and assets under management across segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead product ideation or product sourcing, fund manager/provider sourcing, product approval, fund provider approval, pricing strategy, seeking sponsorship, training to various client segments across the Retail Bank focusing on (Ultra/High-Net-Worth segment)
• Establish new product marketing strategy including product pitch content creation, product rejuvenation, product positioning strategy, pricing, promotion
• Perform periodic due diligence and maintaining recorded documentation on existing partners to ensure minimum provider standards are met
• Assist due diligence initiatives on new product provider and recommend for approval
• Evaluate market and competitor offering, promotion and pricing to identify enhancements for continued growth opportunity
• Prepare or coordinate portfolio rebalancing management to best adapt to market conditions and drive through digital initiatives
• Manage and monitor product roadmap coordination, product performance and commercialisation and post launch review to ensure organisation objectives and KPI are met

To succeed in this Product Manager, Managed Investment role, you must have investment market knowledge with a strong focus on Unit Trust. You must also have the capability to communicate effectively and think analytically.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification, preferably in Finance/Investments/Commerce but not mandatory
• Good knowledge and passionate about investments or personal finance or wealth management arena
• Detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work in environment requiring multitasking
• Preferably experience in Product Development or Product Management; ideally in Banking but not mandatory
