DCM Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Capital Market (DCM) Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to execute debt products, including debt securities, syndicated loans, and project finance.

What you'll do:

As a Debt Capital Market Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing debt products comprising debt securities, syndicated loans, and project finance.

• Formulate and undertake business development and origination functions
• Work collaboratively with the Team Leads to achieve the division’s revenue targets
• Support the Team Leads in origination and execution to achieve overall results on a team basis
• Prepare pitch books & presentations, structure & execute debt securities, syndicated loan or project finance
• Liaise with rating agencies and relevant regulatory authorities and investors/ participating lenders/ investment banks
• Attend to financial close of transaction amongst others

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Debt Capital Market Specialist role should be a degree holder from a reputable institution of higher learning (with a minimum grade of second class upper, or a CGPA score of 3.5 and above) and/or hold a professional qualification (eg: CFA) or MBA.
