What you'll do:

As a Corporate Finance Specialist, your role will be pivotal in assisting the execution of corporate finance transactions.

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions
• Conduct due diligence review of transactions
• Prepare announcements, circulars, submissions and offering documents for the transactions
• Coordinate with other professionals involved in the transactions
• Liaise with regulators on the processing of submissions for the transactions
• Manage different projects concurrently while being self-motivated by organizational objectives, goals and targets

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Finance Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in corporate finance or corporate advisory.

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience in corporate finance/corporate advisory/accounting/finance
• Experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities issues and corporate finance transactions
• Good understanding of the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by SC, Bursa Securities, BNM and MITI
• Ability to manage different projects concurrently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and risk management skills
