An exciting Manager, Business Management Office job has just become available at one of the most respected global investment banking firms based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Management Office, this is a role for a leader in their field.
About the Manager, Business Management Office Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Business Management Office and Regional Head in managing and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to grow the business by identifying key clients and deal opportunities via account planning and deal tracking and ensuring synergies and cross selling opportunities are maximised
Support and coordinate the discussion in developing and formulating business strategy and frameworks to enable strategic conversation for the leadership team to grow the business
Developing and executing a talent development roadmap, setting of KPIs and coordinating performance management within Investment Banking & Advisory (IB&A) across country
Assist in preparing annual financial budget, quarterly rolling financial forecast, and monthly reports for Board and EXCO meetings
Liaison person for audit related matters, e.g. internal and external auditors
Ensure credential materials are up-to-date and pitching material are consistent throughout the group
Support the Regional Head, IB&A on any ad hoc or special projects
To succeed in this Manager, Business Management Office job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related field. An advanced post-graduate qualification or professional qualification is an added advantage
Ability to formulate business strategies and execution plans
Good analytical and conceptual thinking ability and possesses problem solving & decision making skills
Ability to assist in building the business and supporting the monitoring of financial performance
Strong relationship building and networking and able to interact with people at all levels especially with the Senior Management and regulators
