About the Trader Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the trading of equity derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To comprehend all risks involved in equity option trading
- To understand strategies and mechanism of option hedging
- To contribute analysis and trade ideas to the trading team
- To work with Sales and Structuring to provide solutions and pricing for option products
- To engage in equity derivatives trading activities, including but not limited to market-making, trading, structuring, pricing and risk management of over-the-counter, securitised and exchange traded equity derivatives products
To succeed in this Trader role, you must have prior experiences in various forms of option trading in any asset class.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or relevant discipline
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and preferably familiar with VBA application
- Programming knowledge is an added advantage
- Analytical mindset, able to handle stressful working conditions with strong ethics and motivation
