What you'll do:

Beyond leading day-to-day operations, you will champion innovation, scale business offerings, and position the company as an emerging force in digital insurance solutions.

• Lead business development initiatives with a focus on partnership acquisition and commercial expansion.
• Identify and secure collaborations with technology providers, start-ups, and financial institutions.
• Drive innovative product and service offerings aligned with customer and market needs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to deliver business results at scale.
• Represent the organisation in industry forums to build visibility and networks.
• Define and execute a robust business strategy to strengthen market position and drive revenue growth across key sectors.

Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Proven track record (12+ years) in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within financial services, technology, or insurance.
• Strong regional market experience with the ability to navigate diverse environments.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including C-suite and Board level engagement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and growth orientation.
