What you'll do:

• Deep expertise in underwriting, distribution, risk management, and operational transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a business, lead change, and deliver results in a competitive market.
• Strong regulatory engagement experience and familiarity with the local insurance landscape.
• Visionary, commercially astute, and capable of inspiring teams at all levels.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Integrity, resilience, and sound decision-making under pressure.
