• Improve customer experience by streamlining processes, reducing turnaround time, and leveraging automation.
• Strengthen relationships with hospitals and panel clinics to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Align with emerging health trends and customer needs to develop new business solutions.
What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or other numerate discipline, Program management.
• Proven experience as a Head of Life & Health Claims Operations, in Product Development, or in other senior managerial positions within the life insurance industry.
• Proficiency in financial analytics, actuarial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of medical claims processes, risk assessment, and operational efficiency improvements.
