This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and implement change management strategies that maximise the adoption of new initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, anticipating, and minimising resistant behaviours from employees and stakeholders impacted by changes. If you are passionate about driving faster adoption and proficiency with changes that impact employees' daily work, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager/ Vice President, Change Management Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective change management strategies. You will play a crucial role in assessing stakeholders, planning engagements, creating communication plans, and monitoring all change management activities. Your ability to partner with leadership to co-create plans that engage the right audiences during changes will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of delivery, ensuring messages are effectively cascaded to target audiences. Your support towards project managers, workstream owners, and leads in integrating change management activities with their project plans will be highly valued.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Plan, anticipate and minimise resistant behaviours from employees and stakeholders impacted by changes
  • Assess stakeholders and plan engagements
  • Create and implement communication plans
  • Monitor and control all change management activities
  • Partner with leadership to co-create plans that engage the right audiences during changes

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager/ Vice President, Change Management Lead position brings a wealth of experience in change management, communications, and employee engagement. With a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, you have spent over 10 years honing your skills in these areas. Your proven success in leading communication strategies during organisational transformations sets you apart. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels effectively. Moreover, your exceptional written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft clear, compelling messaging.

  • Bachelor degree in business, business administration, commerce, change management or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, communications and employee engagement
  • Proven success in leading comms strategies during organisational transformations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
