An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Operations Officer, Insurance to lead and shape the Group’s operations and technology. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader involved in strategic planning, service delivery, and the implementation of innovation solutions. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence and technological advancements.

What you'll do:


As Chief Operations Officer, Insurance (COO), you will oversee organization’s operations from underwriting to servicing and claims, ensuring a positive and differentiated experience for customers and distributors.


• Lead the operations team to support business initiatives, including new product launches and distribution tools.
• Drive quality deliverables and establishing standards for optimal performance in operational processes.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in operations.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive Technology roadmap aligned with the organisation ‘s business goals.
• Promote and drive innovation and continuous improvement across all functions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Integrate Technology with other business functions to support business growth and enhance satisfaction for customer and distributor.
• Ensure the resilience of Technology infrastructure and applications to meet business demands and security requirements.


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Chief Operations Officer, Insurance (COO) position will possess a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative mindset. You have a proven track record of delivering strategic options and proposals that guide future development and growth.


• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Technology, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Head of Life Operations or in other senior managerial positions within the life insurance industry.
• Experience with process and technology development.
• Demonstrated success in building, managing, and leading teams.
