What you'll do:

As an Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of various projects. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised as you lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts towards achieving strategic business goals. You will identify project priorities and manage dependencies effectively while maintaining a keen eye on scope, timeline, budget, and resources. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key as you negotiate changes to project scope, timing, and resources to deliver strategic solutions. Adhering to quality assurance processes set up by Governance and Reporting will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also facilitate the capturing and dissemination of lessons learned from completed projects, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to project delivery will be paramount.

  • Lead and direct a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts in delivering business strategic goals.
  • Identify and manage project priorities and dependencies within and among programs from scope, timeline, budget and resource aspects.
  • Manage business relationship by understanding the business drivers, negotiating changes to project scope, timing and resources to ensure strategic solutions are delivered.
  • Adhere to quality assurance processes set up by Governance and Reporting, ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate the capturing and dissemination of lessons learned from completed projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to project delivery.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Enterprise Delivery Lead position brings a wealth of experience from life or general insurance, technology, financial institution or business/technology consulting industry. With over 15 years of experience, including 8 years in a leading project/program management role, you have honed your interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and engage team members effectively. Your ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines demonstrates your adaptability to a dynamic working environment. Your strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Lastly, your ability to foster continuous improvement and innovation, as well as champion change initiatives throughout the organisation, will set you apart.

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in life or general insurance, technology, financial institution, or business / technology consulting industry with 8 years and above of leading project / program management profile.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines; flexible and adaptable to a dynamic working environment for program delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster continuous improvement and innovation; ability to accept and champion change initiatives throughout organization.
