About the Head of Australia & New Zealand Operations Role:
In this business critical role, you will be required to manage all operations teams and drive operational transformation from federated market set-up to consolidated services for operations. Hence, strong people management skills and also stakeholder management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AU and NZ Operations' team SLA
• Manage budget, cost effectiveness and strategy planning
• Manage risk and compliance responsibilities
• Manage reporting and team’s career development
• Be responsible for business continuity management for operations processes

To succeed in this Head of Australia & New Zealand Operations role, you will need to have strong knowledge in banking operations and experience in leading large teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years operational skills and experience in shared services (banking)
• Experience in change management initiatives/project and process improvement initiatives with proven results, exposure in managing team of at least 80 to 100 team members
• Experienced strategic leader
• Ability to support and build workflow and processes
• Flexibility in stretched working hours for supporting AU and NZ while handling local items
