An exciting role of a Customer Retention Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected Insurance firms based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field.
About the Customer Retention Manager role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for the implementation of Customer Retention initiatives and campaigns. The role co-owns retention targets and is responsible for building more profitable and long standing relationships with existing customers, in line with development and execution of customer capability foundations.
• Setup customer Retention Framework
• Management of complex data requests for initiatives or campaigns based on campaign strategy;
• Ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives or campaigns on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
• Develop and own the campaign or initiatives calendar for Customer Retention
• Work closely with channels and stakeholders to brief all activity and impacts to each channel
• Manage channels and stakeholder escalations and resolve in a timely manner to deliver an improved external and internal customer experience
• Develop and maintain reporting of initiative or campaign activity results
To succeed in this role as a Customer Retention Manager, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
• Strong project management background
• Minimum 4-5 years in a portfolio of product marketing or go to market role or commerce, with a heavy emphasis on identifying operation process improvements
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in successfully leading virtual teams
• Strong analytical skills able to delve in to data and provide retention process and analytical or initiative recommendations
