About the Key Account Manager Role:
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will be planning, managing and coordinating account management initiatives in order to meet company targets for retention, growth and profitability.
- Developing and maintaining the strategic relationships with key automotive clients assigned
- Maintaining regular contacts with clients to ensure satisfaction in product offerings, after hours claims coordination, operations and support services
- Undertaking, conducting, and analysing research relating to B2B(2C) clients as required, with an understanding of the performance, providing commentary to the clients where necessary
- Managing project and supporting implementation of new products and systems relating to the clients
- Providing support and managing implementation of annual review initiatives relative to the clients
To succeed in the Key Account Manager job, you will need to demonstrate excellent client servicing skills, client relationship management, and commendable interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the business
- Proven high-level of professionalism, maturity, and candour in daily work processes
- Ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, and strong listening and decision making skills
- Possesses excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills when dealing with all levels of staff throughout the company as well as individuals external to the organisation
- Strong ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
