What you'll do:

As a Financial Assistant, your role will be multifaceted. You will be involved in advising clients on business restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with senior consultants. Your ability to analyse financial performance will be crucial as you recommend strategies for business recovery. You'll also support the preparation of various reports, financial models, and presentations for both internal teams and clients. Collaboration is key as you work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify viable restructuring solutions. Your keen eye will be put to use as you perform financial and operational due diligence on distressed businesses, providing valuable insights for turnaround strategies. Managing client relationships will also fall under your remit as you support the implementation of restructuring plans. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insolvency and restructuring will ensure you remain at the forefront of your field.
