An exciting Digital Product Specialist job has opened up in a dynamic bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams to conceptualise, develop, and launch digital products and features
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer insights and business goals
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences across digital channels
Conduct user testing, analyse data, and gather feedback to continuously improve the digital product offerings
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, IT, risk, compliance, and legal teams, to ensure compliance and adherence to internal policies and regulations
Provide support and training to internal teams and customer service representatives on digital product features and functionalities

Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital banking products
