• Monitor actual KPIs and financial performance against budget/forecast
• Prepare management reports for decision-makers and provide insights from financial data
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for internal and external use
• Assist in the implementation of the ERP system

• Support special assignments on an as-needed basis

To succeed in this Senior FP&A Specialist role, you will require strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and effective communication, along with a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• Five to eight years' experience in financial/business analysis, audit, or management reporting, preferably within the banking industry
• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or a recognised accounting qualification (MICPA, ACCA, CPA, etc.)
• Strong business acumen, detail-orientated, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to delve into details when necessary
• Positive and dynamic personality with a team-oriented attitude
• Readiness to work in a demanding, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in financial modelling, business writing, and presentation skills
