About the Senior Digital Product Manager (BaaS) Role:
In this vital role for the business, you will lead diverse and cross-functional agile teams, to deliver new digital product/services as part of the overall BaaS product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation
• Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve client service
• Easily recognise system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
• Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and/or a longer life
• Create and execute development plans across multiple projects and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Keep business users well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects
• Manage multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule
• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards

To succeed in this Senior Digital Product Manager (BaaS) role, you will need to ensure that customer needs are deeply understood and met while overseeing the detailed creation of product requirements encompassing risk and control and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields
• MBA or other advanced degree/certification is a plus
• Minimum of five years of experience in banking/FI product management, with added advantage in digital product development and management. The candidate should have experience in a similar role, heading up product function at a banking/FI or fintech organisation
• Good understanding of digital banking and BaaS, including the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
• Strong analytical skills and experienced using data to make informed product decisions
• Experienced in Agile and Customer Experience (CX) methodologies and practices
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of product owners, developers, external clients, QA, scrum masters and UIUX designers
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations
• Strong work ethic, driven by intellectual curiosity
