About the Digital Product Specialist Role:
In this vital role for the business, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the bank’s digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including group tech, design, marketing, and sales to prioritise and deliver product features that meet customer needs and achieve business goals
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their behaviours, and their needs
• Define and track product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and/or OKRs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with design and group tech teams to create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product development
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product development decisions
• Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product releases
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of product releases

To succeed in this Digital Product Specialist role, you will need to continuously monitor and analyse product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Three or more years of experience in product management or related field
• Experience managing digital products in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
