About the Associate, Acquisition and Usage (Mobile Banking) Role:
In this vital role for the business, you will be responsible for preparing of user requirements on new services to drive initiatives that will increase acquisition and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare business papers for approvals
• Draft financial view and yearly budget
• Review the onboarding journey and the touch points used for effectiveness and recommended possible steps to refine the user flow
• Support the usability focus groups that are held to illicit the feedback required on the customer satisfaction of the platform
• Track business performance for new business implementation
• Manage monthly reporting of usage and acquisition numbers as per yearly targets
• Execute customer relationship management (CRM) activities based on the insights derived to meet the business targets

To succeed in this Associate, Acquisition and Usage (Mobile Banking) role, you will need to possess good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, assess risks and offer solution options.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree or formal training in Business Studies, Banking or Computer Science
• Two to four years as a business analyst or sales role
• Preferably knowledgeable in the digital industry
• Strong background in analytical thinking and problem solving
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, analytical thinking, business writing and process improvement.
• Able to work in a cross-functional and cross-departmental team
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and strong executive presence
