About the Product Owner (Loan Origination System) Role:
In this vital role for the business, you will own, develop and continuously enhance Loan Origination System (LOS) for the auto finance business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for the development and management of LOS for Auto Finance business
• Oversee and manage entire project life cycle for the roll-out of new initiatives related to SF App
• Re-engineer the end-to-end loan process for all possible scenarios and future integrations, e.g. dealer portal, Etiqa
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders including IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and business units
• Manage other responsibilities as needed for the company's core mission
• Provide efficient and effective loan processing for staff which help improve the overall experience for the customers
• Provide LOS that addresses pain points and limitiations of internal staff

To succeed in the Product Owner (Loan Origination System) job, you will need to be responsible in leading strategic development and management of LOS for Auto Finance business.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in product management or product planning or managerial experience in Product Development/Process Improvement/Project Delivery division in the Bank’s lending business or fintech space
• Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem in Malaysia/region
• Experience in Agile project delivery is a bonus
• Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Auto Finance, retail banking, fintech or digital banking market developments and strategy
• Proven experience with hands-on project management of Auto Finance, retail banking, fintech or digital banking new initiatives
• Good understanding of financial products especially Auto Finance is highly desirable
