About the Manager, New Business and Monetisation Role:
In this vital role for the business, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue for mobile banking strategically while identifying new initiatives that drives both direct and indirect fee earned through the channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver new sales functionalities for new to bank and existing to bank customers to meet the digital sales KPI
• Lead and manage projects from competitor analysis to developing business requirements that brings innovation as well as fee income
• Review user requirements and FSDs and manage governance process to ensure that all internal and external approvals, risk/compliance and GPNP are adhered to
• Manage budget approvals and business projections for all projects
• Work closely with product management team to ensure timely delivery of projects, UAT validation and live test
• Track and identify cross-sell opportunities to monetise and increase revenue for the business upon launch through CRM
• Identify weaknesses in current digital sales channel and rectify
• Review the business performance of business initiatives and take steps to close gaps
• Work out commercial agreements with legal to ensure the bank’s interests are secured

To succeed in this Manager, New Business and Monetisation role, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick analytical thinking skills.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in any fields, preferably banking, finance or information technology
• A few years’ experience in internet or mobile banking technology in the banking industry
• Strong sense of urgency, a very good planner and able to perform work under pressure
• A problem solver, meticulous and capable of multitasking in handling multiple issues and challenges at a time
• An inquisitive mind to learn, very keen to share knowledge and passionate in process improvement
• High work ethics in demonstrating the core values of the company especially on integrity
• Good track service record, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with leading and managing a team
