Manager, Corporate Finance

An exciting opportunity just opened up for a Manager in Corporate Finance to join a reputable investment bank based in KL.

What you'll do:

• Accountable for delivering corporate advisory services and related support to clients.
• Contribute to the preparation of pitch books and mandates.
• Support team members in managing and coordinating project engagements effectively.
• Act as a liaison with external advisors and clients to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing concept papers, proposals, and presentation materials.
• Ensure thorough due diligence is conducted prior to submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and associates to secure ongoing business opportunities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including regulators, registrars, lawyers, and accountants, to process transaction-related submissions.

What you'll bring:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess relevant experience in Auditing or Corporate Finance.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian corporate laws, as well as the legal, financial, and regulatory requirements applicable to investment banking.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical abilities for problem-solving and deal structuring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
