What you'll do:

As Head of Strategic Planning based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be facilitating cross-functional teamwork across various divisions, you will help create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Islamic banking.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the organisation’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with national economic goals and Islamic empowerment initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities within the Islamic banking segment, focusing on underserved regions and industries.
• Develop robust strategic frameworks and detailed business cases for innovative initiatives targeting individuals and SMEs.
