Premier Academy Faculty (Trainer)
About the role This role is responsible for analysing, designing, developing, delivering, and executing high-quality classroom and digital learning programs to achieve key agency metrics within budgeted costs and timelines. It involves designing program content, methods, and implementation processes, ensuring the delivery of quality learning experiences, and supporting entity-wide projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design program content, methods, and implementation process.
- Work with Subject Matter Expert to analyse business needs and develop learning objectives and outcomes.
- Research on best practices and explore on appropriate tools and platform to produce compelling and engaging learning deliverable that align to Premier Academy and regulatory guidelines.
- Carry out Train-The-Trainer (TTT) session.
- Coach RTS on program delivery after TTT.
- Identify and analyse training needs aligned with business direction.
- Conduct research and focus group interviews.
- Design and develop various training programs and materials.
- Create e-learning content using Articulate or other apps.
- Monitor and review curriculum and training effectiveness.
- Collect and analyse feedback.
- Curriculum design & training delivery effectiveness monitoring and review.
- Evaluation and Feedback compilation.
- Attend certification programs.
- Support the execution of business projects, maintain project documentation and communication.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields of study.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in training or insurance industry.
- LOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.
- Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Able to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g. MS Office suite).
- Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualise ideas.
- Pleasant personality and presentable
