About the role In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
• Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.

Key requirements

• Minimum of Five (5) years of proven and progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Must possess the required licenses ie. PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC
