- Partner with senior leaders in Group Consumer Financial Services to identify critical business issues, set priorities, and uncover new growth opportunities through data-driven strategies.
- Translate complex business objectives into analytical initiatives that yield measurable outcomes aligned with pricing, product, marketing, and channel strategies.
- Work closely with diverse teams such as product managers, marketing analysts, CRM specialists, channel owners, content creators, data analysts, and data scientists to co-create practical analytics solutions.
- Coordinate with strategic programmes to leverage or implement cutting-edge data capabilities, platforms, and tools that enhance business performance.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture by institutionalising A/B testing and experimentation frameworks throughout the organisation.
- Deliver comprehensive insights on pricing optimisation, product portfolio rationalisation, campaign effectiveness, and customer value models to inform executive decision-making.
- Ensure analytical models and recommendations are seamlessly integrated into business execution for maximum impact.
- Establish robust mechanisms for tracking initiative outcomes and key metrics such as conversion rates, incremental revenue growth, pricing elasticity, and engagement uplift.
- Drive continuous improvement by embedding feedback loops into processes and refining data models based on real-world results.
- Align analytics strategies across multiple markets to ensure consistency while enabling local market relevance; build scalable models for deployment regionally.
