An attractive Manager, Wealth role in a reliable Financial Services company based in Kuala Lumpur has just become available.

About the Manager, Wealth role:

You will be responsible in exploring new possibilities in digital lending – from research, negotiating deals with partners, crafting customer value proposition, oversee product implementation planning, delivery of solutions to ensuring the success of a product post launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital partnership with fund houses, banks to drive aggressive and profitable growth
• Prior to product development, conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Plan and devise marketing strategies to increase the awareness and adoption of digital products
• Manage external and internal stakeholders to ensure that all departments and functions are aligned with the business objectives and extend adequate support to Business
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements after aligning with all stakeholders
• Monitor and report on product performance, making enhancements as needed to improve the funnel
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities for growth

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing/ product management role
• Track record of successful campaign launches
• Understanding of FinTech or InvestmentTech is a plus
• Strong project management skills, detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess knowledge of regulations revolving around Investment field.
• Passionate, agile, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Assertive, driven individual with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Innovative and always think out of the box.
