An attractive Product Development role in a reliable Financial Service company based in Kuala Lumpur has just become available.

About the Product Development role:

You will be responsible for new development of Wealth Management products and services covering product conceptualisation, development and implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Development/launching of marketing campaigns in relation to Wealth Management products including cards and loans products.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategy to increase the product base.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Evaluate the success rate post implementation and recommend solution for process improvement.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and control of product risk.
• Attend to customers' enquiries / feedback / complaints for deposit products and campaign.

Key requirements:

• A recognised Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Product Development in a financial institution.
• Proven track record in development of Wealth Management products and managing marketing campaigns.
• Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong conceptual thinking ability and adaptability to new technology and digital tools / platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Good interpersonal and writing skills.
