Head of Business Management - Retail Banking

This Head of Business Management - Retail Banking is a senior role within the bank accountable in driving and managing all retail customer segments including premier private client.

This role is required to develop and drive a strong customer value proposition to provide solution to customer’s need in an innovative and sustainable way.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a robust market segmentation strategy that aligns with the bank’s overall business goals and marketing objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of segmentation strategies and marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to senior leadership
• Define tailored value proposition, taking in consideration on customers’ life-stages.
• Drive comprehensive market research initiatives to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours, as well as competitive landscape analysis.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market segmentation and analytics, ensuring the bank remains competitive and innovative.

To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in business strategy within retail banking segment.

What you'll require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in market segmentation, data analysis, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of influencing, driving developing and implementing successful strategies that drive business growth.
