What you'll do:
As the Managing Director of Transaction Banking, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Transaction Banking services across the ASEAN region. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead and execute the strategic vision for Transaction Banking across ASEAN, ensuring alignment with the bank's broader objectives and regional goals.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of transaction banking products and services, including cash management, trade finance, payments, and treasury solutions, tailored to the diverse needs of ASEAN markets.
• Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and government bodies, providing solutions that drive client success and satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in transaction banking within the region, expanding market share and improving profitability. Ensure all products and services comply with local and international regulations, managing risks effectively while maintaining the highest standards of governance.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the region.
What you bring:

• Minimum 15-18 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing Transaction Banking operations within ASEAN or comparable markets.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance, payments, and treasury solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
