About the Head, Campaign Management role:
Head of Campaign Management oversees the overall functions of Marketing Management, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience and is responsible for the successful development and implementation of a comprehensive and integrated marketing plan for all products and services under Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Development, Financial Inclusion and Digital Banking, inline with the bank's Strategic Business Plan.
The responsibilities are primarily aimed in crating strategic initiatives, setting goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and awareness, consistent targeting for lead generation, analyse consumer behaviour, and identify market expansion opportunities to boost brand awareness and profitability. The position has primary working relationships with all the senior management team, business units, regional offices, service providers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Cost Management against Departmental budget related with the implementation and execution of all initiatives.
- Develop overall marketing strategies for Marketing Management and Customer Management and to establish and enhance brand presence and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.
- Lead the department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.
- Craft strategies for all including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives, Set, monitor, and report campaign goals, design branding, and product positioning strategies and to ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts; analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas, identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction via various touch-pints and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for wider market access.
- To provide beyond banking advisory service by connecting customer with suitable stakeholder.
- Lead the department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.
- To ensure that all strategy delivers business value and accelerate business growth.
To succeed in this Head, Campaign Management role, it is important to have working knowledge Marketing and Campaign Management.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred
- Min 10 years' experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, Banking or Communications.
- Ability to interact with senior-level management, internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, analytical, marketing and research- related skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possesses good critical thinking skills.
- Proactive and highly motivated individual.
- People management experience.
- Able to multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to the wide-ranging and diverse tasks.
- Resourceful, able to use own initiative to get the job done.
- Able to work on cross-partisan basis and maintain confidentiality.
