About the Strategy & Business Execution Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible to design and administer projects related to strategy wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive integration and shared consciousness across the organisation to ensure appropriate visibility, alignment and coordination against priority initiatives
• Run cross-functional working team meetings efficiently and effectively, with ability to connect dots throughout the organisation, influence key decisions, and escalate issues at the appropriate time/coordinate cross-functional team efforts focusing on design and execution of key initiatives
• Drive pipeline management, partnering with innovation leadership and the broader team to focus and align resources against priority initiatives
• Work with the Programme Manager on the monitoring and analysis of project schedule, cost and resource planning to ensure projects are completed on time and fulfil the objectives of the project charter
• Formulate and maintain procedures and guidelines
• Design and administer projects related to strategy wide initiatives
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to advise, influence and challenge at a senior (CEO, EXCO and direct report) level within the business

To succeed in this Strategy & Business Execution Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to absorb a steady stream of information (financial and non-financial) from various sources and summarise key issues or concerns while aligning to strategic goals
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with others both internally and externally at all levels/well-developed soft power personal style which has been used effectively across an organisation to provide the right balance of challenge and support
• Experience navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship-building dynamics and processes/able to be productive within ambiguity and changing circumstances
• Enthusiastic team player who has proven to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proven good judgement - what issues to escalate, what to resolve on your own
• Must be able to work independently and as a team with little to no supervision
• Extensive management experience in a strategy and/or transformation environment plus demonstrated experience in a retail financial services environment
