About the VP, Marketing Role: The VP, Marketing will be part of the marketing and investor relations team directly reporting to the company's CEO, and will play a strategic role in their marketing and communication roadmap as they continue to grow and expand their network across various markets within Australia and Southeast Asia.
Build on the team’s current marketing and thought leadership efforts to further grow company's brand equity (brand recognition and perception of excellence with all of our stakeholders)
Plan and spearhead the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, including but not limited to: EDMs, social media content, webinars, company's website, and company's monthly newsletter
Master the company's HubSpot CRM tools to deliver strong and effective email campaigns. This includes drafting content, designing layouts, and tracking user analytics
Monitor and optimise marketing strategies through campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including use of Google Ads and Analytics. Propose and manage media buy budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, to drive strong return on investment and efficient investor acquisition cost
Support the company's Investor Relations efforts in maintaining consistent, timely, and effective communication with current and potential investors
Evaluate end-to-end investor/stakeholder experience across multiple channels and touch points, and lead discussions to improve sales conversion funnel
Draft press releases and prepare media materials around important company announcements
Collaborate with external PR and marketing agencies on press campaigns, collaterals design and any opportunities that could increase visibility of our brand and values
Manage a team of brand, social media and marketing associates to support the company's marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
To be successful as the VP, Marketing, you will need to build on the team’s current marketing and thought leadership efforts to further grow the company's brand equity.
At least four years of relevant marketing experience
In-depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of internal and external communications with strong copywriting and editing skills for business communication
Strong understanding of marketing success metrics and ability to derive actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required. Linguistic skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or any other Southeast Asian language are a huge plus
Understanding of fintech and financial services landscape in Southeast Asia, and passionate about impact and sustainable investments
Self-motivated and independent worker with a strong team mentality
