About the Senior Manager, Corporate Cash Sales Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing market share of transaction banking business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through implementing agreed sales strategies and policies
• Maintain and increase market share of the transaction business by reviewing existing business and acquiring new opportunities within and outside new target markets
• Proactively cross-sell the full range of integrated cash management capabilities as well as across all products within the bank
• Prepare sales presentation to corporate customers, explaining and recommending services that expound customer value proposition
• Work closely with all stakeholders, e.g. Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal and other divisions of the bank
• Accurately report on status of all customer deals on a timely manner throughout the sales cycle

To succeed in this role, you must have at least five years of transaction banking sales experience.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary degree with sales experience in selling customised solutions to corporate customers
• Strong drive and initiative with exceptional commercial acumen to acquire new businesses and customers
• Team player with penchant for change. An affinity towards customer-relationship and constantly striving to exceed customer’s expectations
• Strong leadership, results-oriented, highly analytical, good time management and a passion to be the best.
