About the Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for facilitating loans growth and effective capital management at team’s level in order to achieve overall Corporate Banking business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit business and to structure financing requirements according to specific Customer requirements - to include sector such as contract financing, bridging, corporate financing
• Lead in implementation of business directions of the Department and Division in line with the objectives set by the Head
• Deliver business objectives and targets of the Department and Division as set by the Head via assisting the Head in planning and participating in team activities
• Source for new clients, manage the relationship of existing and potential clients within the financing portfolios to provide financial services
• Review and prepare credit proposals with the financial analysis for submission to the relevant approving authority
• Guide in preparation of indicative terms and letter of offers (“LO”) in accordance with the approved terms and conditions
• Conduct site visits and prepare visit reports to understand customer’s business operations (new relationship)
• Assist Head to present credit proposals to the relevant approving authorities
• Monitor customers’ accounts to ensure any deterioration in the asset quality is properly escalated to the relevant authorities

To succeed in the Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking role, you need to have a minimum of eight years' client relationship experience in corporate/commercial/investment banking environment.

Key Requirements:

• At least degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Banking
• Professional certification e.g Certified Credit Executive (CCE)
• Ability to strategically assess opportunities for the growth of corporate banking
• Relationship-oriented and aptitude for closing deals
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders
