About the VP, Digital Adoption & Analytics Role:
Reporting to the Head of Digital Business, you will be responsible for a team to drive customer adoption of digital and oversee risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focusing on utilising analytics to gain customer insights in driving customer acquisitions, digital adoption and usage
• Collaborating with product owners and CFS marketing team to create awareness and drive adoption and usage of digital as part of company’s franchise
• Managing customer communications across internet banking, mobile banking and personal banking website
• Facilitating education and training for internal stakeholders such as contact centres and branches
• Collaborating with Group Data Office (GDO) to gain customer and business performance insights via analytics
• Ensuring adherence to Group and regulatory policies and reporting
• Managing fraud cases related to digital business and driving customer fraud awareness campaigns and programmes

To succeed in this VP, Digital Adoption & Analytics role, you will need to have strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, data analytics, risk and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• A university degree and 8 - 10 years of relevant digital banking experience in consumer banking or equivalent areas
• Hands-on experience in driving effective digital campaigns, post campaign analysis and digital adoption
• Good knowledge of BNM and PayNet regulatory requirements
• Experience in people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with ability to build strong partnerships with internal teams and inter-department stakeholders
• Works well under tight timelines and pressure and able to multitask
