An exciting VP, Hire Purchase Product Management job opportunity has opened up at a financial services provider based in Kuala Lumpur.
About the VP, Hire Purchase Product Management Role:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will lead and manage and drive the business strategically by providing high value-added product line and services to its various customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running sales operations, national sales activities, enhancing distributors and independent dealers’ relationship, developing new and effective sales strategies and promoting innovative products and services contributing to the ultimate profitability growth of the company
- Being responsible for products, services and operations, business channels, credit management, compliance and overall business portfolio
- Ensuring synergy throughout the whole value chain consisting sales, product, credit, operation, wholesale and used vehicles segment
- Driving project managing business transformation projects and strategic initiatives
- Undertaking a key role in initiating changes in driving a high performing working culture
In order to succeed in this VP, Hire Purchase Product Management role you must have at least 10 years of work experience in hire purchase marketing and sales function, preferably within the financial services industry.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/any equivalent professional qualifications
- Experience with mobility finance products is an advantage
- Must have good leadership in people management, good governance, methodical in approach and strong business acumen
