About the Deposits, Digital Acquisition Role:
You will be responsible for proposing and executing deposits acquisition initiatives for the growth of CASA and fixed deposit (FD) balances and implement product marketing to support launch of new products and revision of product propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposing and implementing CASA acquisition initiatives (from conceptualisation to implementation) in line with CASA account and customer growth target set for the financial year
• Proposing and implementing initiatives to drive FD balances growth from open market sourcing
• Aligning marketing on creative, communications strategy and execution to be in line with set and agreed objectives and timelines
• Conducting performance reviews of initiatives with marketing and CSD to lower down cost of acquisition from digital channels and improve digital marketing performances
• Executing initiatives for digital channels acquisitions and product marketing
• Focusing on the growth of CASA acquisition to digitise channels, e.g. eKYC
• Crafting and proposing product messaging with marketing that set new and existing products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
• Conducting periodic market research on competitors marketing offers specifically on new accounts opening and FD promotions for new-to-bank customers

To succeed in this Deposits, Digital Acquisition role, you must know how to lead product marketing to ensure the launch of new products or new proposition is made known to the market. A comprehensive understanding of digital customer journey is preferred.

• Experienced in portfolio strategies
• Skilled in portfolio analytics
• Experienced in pricing strategy proposal
• Experienced in implementing marketing campaign for acquisition and growth
• Product development experience
• System and operational knowledge of deposits products
• Good knowledge of industry deposits trend
• Good knowledge of competition pricing, products and offerings
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing deposits business
• Deposits product experience is an advantage
