About the Head, Credit Card Acquisition Role:
Reporting to the HOD, you will be responsible for running and managing acquisition programmes and channels to acquire new credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop card acquisition programmes while balancing cost per acquisition (CPA) by looking at better cost efficiencies and channel productivity, and growing alternative new channels to enable channel diversification
• Manage key stakeholders such as Operations, Fraud, Credit Initiation/Policy, Partnerships, CDD, Compliance, Legal, Sales (DSMS, TPS, Digital, V&V, Branches)
• Review existing credit policy and find opportunities to increase approval rates (i.e. test programmes, waiver of checks) and optimising turnaround time
• Curate acquisition campaigns for both offline and online with the objective to acquire new customers
• Manage onboarding projects (RTOB) – review requirements, testing, process flow development and automation process to result in straight-through-processing (STP) which results in cost savings
• Develop organisational resilience and competitive advantage through people initiatives
• Drive management direction for business growth objectives

To succeed in this Head, Credit Card Acquisition role, you must have experience planning and coordinating all activities related to the design, development, enhancement, adoption, maintenance, and implementation of credit cards.

Key Requirements:

• Academic qualifications i.e. degree in any discipline (preferably banking and finance)
• Relevant experience: minimum of 10 years in banking (preferably in credit or product management for retail banking)
• Analytical and able to articulate issues along with solutions/insights
• Adaptable to change and able to evolve with business trends
• Personal traits: agile, curious, enthusiastic and goal-driven
