An exciting Head of Business Banking Cash Sales job has become available at an international bank to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Head of Business Banking Cash Sales Role:
Reporting to the Head of Business Banking, this role is responsible for managing Business Banking Liabilities (CASA and TD) sub segment. It would include end-to-end management of the sub-segment PNL (balance sheet and revenue) as well as the associated upsell/cross sell revenue from the segment (trade and FX).

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the end-to-end liability strategy, proposition and execution of new and existing clients across currency types and associated revenue streams (trade and FX)
• Growing the balance sheet of liabilities (CASA and TD) for business banking through ETB deepening as well as onboarding quality new to bank clients. Key activities would include cross sell, campaigns, as well as penetration of transaction banking offerings
• Managing end-to-end lifecycle of the journey, i.e., onboarding, relationships, and client reviews
• Managing the liabilities teams and the associated activities, i.e., KPI, performance, training, scorecards, and productivity
• Ensuring that all regulatory and legal requirements are fulfilled as defined by local regulatory bodies and bank policies for BB liability. Develop processes and controls to mitigate any regulatory risks and ensure they are audit compliant

In order to succeed in this Head of Business Banking Cash Sales role, you must have experience in a similar leadership capacity and experienced in a liabilities business for at least 12 years.
