About the New Business & Monetisation Role:
This role requires you to focus on generating high margin, sustainable cash flows from diverse user groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare user requirements on new services/initiatives that drives both direct and indirect fee earned through the channels
• Work closely with potential business partners to draw up proposals on collaboration ideas
• Develop business justification papers for approval
• Support in scanning the market for new digital sales capabilities and concepts that could be implemented
• Execute CRM activities to drive revenue and new business
• Track the fee income of both direct and indirect fee earned through the channels
• Prepare monthly reporting of the fee income and identify the gaps for further action to be taken

To succeed in this role, you will be accountable for monetisation growth strategies and leading traditional business to digital-first.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration, banking, finance and information technology
• Experience in internet/mobile banking platform and financial industry is highly advantageous
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Results-oriented and displays consistent performance
• Creative and innovative in coming up with ideas and solutions
• Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
• Willingness to share knowledge and passionate in learning new technologies
• Good business writing skills
