About the Marketing Manager Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Lead, you will be assisting in all marketing efforts for this given portfolio. You must have the ability to understand business acumen and develop strategies based on strong understanding of key business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving segment growth via awareness, acquisition and retention initiatives to help achieve business objectives
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns for a new product launch, including concept ideation, go-to-market strategy and budget planning
• Performing business case to justify campaigns proposed
• Leading and managing marketing campaigns that support the launch of new innovative propositions
• Tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and propose improvements

To succeed in this Marketing Manager role, you must have a keen understanding of both digital and traditional marketing as well as media performance.

Key Requirements:

• Years of experience: seven to eight years
• Experience in branding and marketing communications
• Experience marketing services, software, platforms and apps
• A strong sense of curiosity of how things work and find quirky and effective ways to market them
• The versatility to explore different industries and how they work, and how to beat the marketing system to gain earned media
• Experience in the entire marketing mix – to have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from ATL and BTL communications for campaign activation
• Clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing campaign
• The mindset of a strategic thinker with the ability to take and respond to executional tasks
