An exciting leadership opportunity as Head Mobile & Direct Sales force is now available in one of the leading financial services group in Kuala Lumpu. Reporting to Head of Retail bank, you will lead & direct all initiatives for Mobile and Direct Sales team aligned to the Group strategic objectives to maximise business growth.
About the Head Mobile & Direct Sales Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the business development, strategy, execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets and to expand the Group's customer base.
- Lead all development, planning, management of sales activities for Retail lending products, Cards and other products assigned in ensuring sales target are met in line with business objectives.
- Develop effective direct sales model, effective marketing strategy and sales plans and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Work closely with Product Heads in growing lending products and cards business through multiple channels and collaboration.
- Build relationship with reputable property developers and high network individuals from the property industry.
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales strategy to meet changing & competitive market conditions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures.
- Provide adequate training to internal staff including sales leaders.
To succeed in the Head Mobile & Direct Sales job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across regions and internal matrix.
- A Degree in any discipline/related working experience.
- Minimum 12 years working experience in Retail Banking, preferably on Retail Lending products & Cards and 7 years working experience in sales.
- Good knowledge in loans and general banking products and services.
- Possess a wide network of establish business contacts.
- Excellent management, presentation and selling skills.
- Possesses leadership abilities, aggressive and results – oriented.
- Good interpersonal relationship and management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
