About the Programme Manager, Compliance Transformation, Group Compliance Role:
In this business critical role, you will be drive and manage multiple project deliveries/implementation proactively, from planning, budget, scope through to deployment, communications, and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective project controls and procedures based on established standards
• Ensure that all projects for which they are responsible for are delivered on time and within the scope and budget provided utilising the appropriate project management framework and tools
• Manage business level project governance and manage monthly dashboards, KPIs, Risks and Issues (R&I) and updates to Business Sponsors and regular updates to relevant governance forums
• Create the necessary project governance ensuring ongoing engagement with stakeholders
• Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to seek appropriate guidance, clarification and approval/sign off for project deliverables staying relevant of regulatory changes, industry compliance developments and policy changes

To succeed in the Programme Manager, Compliance Transformation, Group Compliance job, you will need to monitor, track, consolidate and analyse project data to support effective decision making.

Key Requirements:

• Degree of professional qualification from a recognised University with minimum of three years' working experience in a large sized financial service – with at least three years' experience in regulatory, compliance and operational risk related fields within the financial services industry
• Exposure in working on large transformation or regulatory projects impacting business operational models is necessary and at managerial level would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and FCC Regulations and Policies in Malaysia and international markets with Certification in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism is highly desirable
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of SDLC, with successful track record of delivering projects and comfortable working with tight timelines and planning under uncertainties
• Capable of managing and building strong relationships with stakeholders across different Line of Business (LoBs), e.g. technology, retail banking, and compliance
